Project enquiries
The form collects a name, message and email address or phone number. Information is used to respond and discuss a possible engagement. The enquiry is saved on the server before its notification is handed to the mail system. Do not submit passwords, credentials or your clients’ personal information.
Server copy retention
The server copy of a contact enquiry is kept for up to 90 days after the notification is handed to the mail system, or up to 180 days from receipt if the notification is not handed off. Business correspondence and backups have separate retention periods.
Technical information and hosting
Hosting uses Hetzner infrastructure in Germany. Technical request information helps prevent abuse. Access is limited to enquiry handling and system maintenance. Information is retained while needed for the enquiry, agreed work or related obligations.
Demonstration and cookies
Prism changes the display in browser memory only. Demonstration input is not sent to the server. The website has no analytics or marketing cookies; fonts and libraries load from the same domain.
