What the site offers
The site presents development and maintenance of several websites owned by one business: shared data, editor roles and controlled publishing. It also includes a case study and Prism, a small in-browser demo.
Content is for information
Texts, guides, examples and tool results are general information. They are not legal, tax or other professional advice for your situation. I check regulations and facts before publishing, but they change, so before an important decision check the current rule or consult a professional.
An enquiry is not an order
The site does not accept orders or payments. An enquiry sent through the form, by email or by phone is not an order and does not bind you or me. Service descriptions and any indicative prices on the site are not an offer under the Serbian Law of Obligations but an invitation to send an enquiry.
I reply to an enquiry with a written offer stating the scope, price, deadline and payment terms. A contract is formed only when you accept the offer in writing, and the terms of the accepted offer apply to the work. If you are a consumer, ordering a website for personal purposes rather than for your business, the offer also includes the information required by the Serbian Consumer Protection Law, including information on the right to withdraw from a distance contract.
Prism and examples
Prism is a free demo that only shows how one piece of content can appear in different identities. The brands in it are fictional. The text you type stays in your browser, as described in the privacy policy. Examples and the case study describe real projects using only publicly verifiable facts and are not a promise of the same result for your project.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- send advertising, fake enquiries or malicious content through the form;
- disrupt the site, overload it with automated requests or attempt unauthorised access;
- present the site’s content as your own.
Copyright
The texts, graphics, code and design of the site are protected by copyright. They belong to the provider or are used with the permission of the rights holders, such as screenshots in case studies and client logos. You may share a link and quote a short passage with attribution. Any other copying, modification or publication requires written permission.
Links to other websites
The site links to client websites, regulations and other sources. Their owners are responsible for their content and privacy practices.
Liability
I try to keep the information accurate and the site available, but the site or the form may be briefly unavailable because of maintenance or a fault. If you do not receive a reply to your enquiry, email dimitrije@svilenkovicgroup.com or call +381 61 224 8989. I am not liable for damage caused by using general information from the site, unless caused intentionally or by gross negligence. This does not limit the statutory rights of consumers.
Privacy
How data from enquiries, emails and server logs is processed is described in the privacy policy.
Complaints and out-of-court dispute resolution
You can submit a complaint about the site or a service by email to dimitrije@svilenkovicgroup.com, by phone on +381 61 224 8989 or by post to the registered office. I confirm receipt without delay and reply within eight days of receiving the complaint at the latest.
If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve a dispute by agreement, you can start out-of-court consumer dispute resolution before a body on the list kept by the Serbian ministry responsible for consumer protection. The provider is required to take part in that procedure. You can start it after you have first submitted a complaint to me.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. We resolve disagreements by agreement and, failing that, the competent court in the Republic of Serbia has jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not reduce your rights under the Serbian Consumer Protection Law or the protection given to you by the law of the country where you live.
I may change these terms. A new version applies from its publication on this page, with a new last-updated date. Work already agreed is governed by the terms of the accepted offer.
